Room Booking Guidelines

To ensure fairness and optimize limited room resources, please follow these guidelines:

  • Bookings can only be made by the person attending the meeting for two or more people. Please remember only one booking is allowed for a group working together. (No consecutive time slots in a room.)

  • Bookings will be cancelled if the room is not occupied within 15 minutes of the booked start time. Rooms that are not booked are available on a first-come-first-served basis on an hour-by-hour basis until the time of the next scheduled booking. Please vacate the room promptly at the end of your scheduled time.

Thank you in advance for following these guidelines and doing your part to keep the rooms tidier than you found them. Those found violating these regulations will have their booking privileges revoked.
